Hamas launches two missile salvos from Lebanon into Israel

Al-Qassam Brigades says on its Telegram channel it has bombed the headquarters of the 769th Eastern Brigade and the airport barracks in Beit Hilal.

DUBAI - The armed wing of Palestinian militant group Hamas on Wednesday said it launched two missile salvos consisting of 40 Grad missiles from southern Lebanon into northern Israel.

Al-Qassam Brigades said in a statement on its Telegram channel it had bombed the headquarters of the 769th Eastern Brigade and the airport barracks in Beit Hilal.

Meanwhile, the health ministry in Gaza said in a statement on Wednesday that at least 29,954 Palestinians have been killed and 70,325 injured in Israel's military assault on Gaza since October 7.
