Homer and Marge Simpson to spice up 20th edition of FICAM

The 20th edition of the Meknes International Animation Film Festival is paying tribute to Philippe Pethyieu and Véronique Augerau, French voices of Marge and Homer, cult characters from Simpsons.

MEKNES – The 20th edition of the Meknes International Animation Film Festival (FICAM) is paying tribute to Philippe Pethyieu and Véronique Augerau, French voices of Marge and Homer, cult characters from Simpsons, the world’s most famous animated series.

FICAM, which is organised by the Aïcha Foundation in partnership with the French Institute of Meknes May 6-11, is loyal to its traditions of bringing the crème-de-la-crème in the international animated film industry.

In 2017, FICAM hosted David Silverman, director of numerous episodes and the feature film, The Simpsons. He celebrated the series’ 30th anniversary with his fans at the festival.
