Moroccan Police find infant kidnapped from hospital

CASABLANCA – Morocco’s police found the infant who was kidnapped from a hospital in Casablanca and arrested a woman suspected of being involved in the case.

The police managed to identify the suspect and determine the location of her house near the suburban district of El Yessasfa of the economic capital, according to a statement from the Directorate General of National Security (DGSN).

The searches allowed the seizure of the clothes which the suspect was wearing during the kidnapping before discovering her presence in her parents' home in the Rhamna area where the infant was also found.

According to initial findings, the infant's state of health is normal pending a medical expertise.
