Will Hamas accept the US peace plan proposal?
DUBAI - Turkey will join the mediation team meeting on Gaza on Tuesday in Qatar, the Qatari foreign ministry spokesperson said on Tuesday.
Qatar is satisfied with the US security assurances it has received following attacks by Israel on Doha, the spokesperson added.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu officially apologized Tuesday to Qatar for a deadly Israeli airstrike in Doha earlier in the month. The apology was made during a phone call to Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, facilitated by US President Donald Trump.
