Saudi FM calls for de-escalation, ceasefire in Gaza

KARACHI - Saudi foreign minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah said on Tuesday that international efforts towards a Gaza ceasefire were wholly insufficient and called for de-escalation efforts, in a press conference with his Pakistani counterpart during a visit to Islamabad.

Prince Faisal arrived in Islamabad on Monday to lead a delegation on a two-day visit as part of efforts to boost economic cooperation.
