Artists thrill visitors with artworks at ADIHEX

Artists from all around the globe display their paintings, sculptures, photographs, decorations, and other handicrafts, paying tribute to the past and its history, legacy, and environment through portrayals of the event's spirit and substance.


ABU DHABI - The 19th Edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) 2022 was launched on 26 September with an impressive turnout on its opening day. 

The ADIHEX theme "Sustainability and Heritage…..A Reborn Aspiration" was reflected in all of the artwork exhibited to the "Painting and Photography" and "Arts and Crafts" categories. 

Galleries and artists from the UAE and beyond have flocked to Abu Dhabi for the annual Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) throughout the galleries, paintings, sculptures, photographs, and other works of art that pay tribute to the past and its history, legacy, and environment through portrayals of the event's spirit and substance. 

In this section, artists from all around the globe displayed their incredible paintings, sculptures, photographs, decorations, and other handicrafts. The majority of these works are based on Middle Eastern and United Arab Emirates traditions and customs.  

ADIHEX encourages artists to offer seminars, workshops, and any other project or activity they wish to share. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring artists to learn from experts in the field. Several participants loved making their own charm bracelets during Azza Al Qubaisi's "Create your charm bracelet" session. The first day of the workshop was conducted by Mohamed Al Asad, a well-known artist in the United Arab Emirates, who lectured on how to draw directly from reality..  

Khristo Olena, a collage artist from Ukraine who also uses double exposure, is eager to participate in ADIHEX for the first time, she is excited about here participation.  

Shantha al Namat and Kholoud Al Dasooqi, Art Directors representing Mais Interior Design in the UAE, showcased her paintings at the massive event; she is pleased to see her work as its first exhibition. 

Moza Alham is an art instructor located in Al Ain, and her painting of H.E. Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan is her favorite. She is displaying her work since 2014 in the ADIHEX and has sold many pieces. 

The Spanish sculpture artist Relano, who was exhibiting for the first time, was thrilled to meet visitors from the United Arab Emirates, since it was his first time doing so. 

Photographers, painters, calligraphers, visual artists, art designers, and galleries from all over the world brought beautiful works of art to ADIHEX. These works represented a wide range of artistic styles and ideas, such as realism, abstraction, and modernism.
